You are buying a used Hotpack HP10 Oven.  This will come exactly as pictured.  This oven is approximately 40 wide, 34 deep, and 90 tall.  Please look at all the pictures.  Great oven at a great price.
We are located 25 miles west of Detroit.  Pickup is fine.
Condition:
Your oven is in good condition.  This was removed from a working environment.  There are some dents/scratches that do not affect performance.  Oven will need a light cleaning.
Shipping:
Buyer to pay for actual costs for freight shipping to lower US or Canada.  Message through eBay for a quote. Due to the large amount of problems that arise as a result of customers setting up their own freight, we no longer allow it.  Let us arrange your freight at the best rate possible.  Read freight shipping notes below if you purchase from us.
In the highly unlikely event that your freight is damaged, please note any freight damage on the freight bill before you sign it
.  Once you have signed the bill, you are canceling the insurance.  Before signing, remove the stretch film and inspect.
