This thermoshelf-heated vacuum oven reduces heat-up time by more than 70% compared to standard radiant-wall heated vacuum ovens. Localized heating and temperature sensing ensures that set temperatures are reached with unsurpassed speed and accuracy. Oven features multi-level control allowing for each thermoshelf to be precisely controlled and monitored via a 100 Ù Pt RTD. Save energy by using only the thermoshelves that are needed. Thermoshelves also feature individual overtemperature protection — in the event of an overtemperature situation, power shuts off only to the affected thermoshelf.
Vacuum control is fully automatic—connections for vacuum, air, and inert gas are digitally controlled through solenoid valves. Program vacuum cycles to accelerate extraction.
