Learn How to Properly Insert and Remove Your Contact Lenses
Inserting Your Contacts:
- First, wash your hands, and when youre done, make sure theyre clean and dry.
- Using the hand you write with, hold the lens on the tip of your pointer finger.
- With your middle finger on the same hand, pull your lower eyelid down. At the same time, use your pointer finger on your other hand to pull your top lid up.
- Look up.
- Gently place the lens on the lower white part of your eye.
- Remove your pointer finger, and let go of your eyelid.
- Close your eyes for a second. The lens will center on your eye.
- Repeat these steps for the other lens.
How To Take Them Out:
- First, wash your hands, and when youre done, make sure theyre clean and dry.
- Look up and pull your lower eyelid down with the middle finger of the hand you write with.
- Put your index finger on the lower part of the lens.
- Slide the lens down into the white part of your eye.
- Squeeze the lens gently between your pointer finger and thumb and carefully remove it.
- Repeat these steps for the other lens.
Usage Guidelines
Indications (Uses):
renu Advanced Formula multi-purpose solution is indicated for use in the daily conditioning, cleaning, removal of protein deposits, rinsing, chemical (not heat) disinfection, and storage of soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses, including silicone hydrogel contact lenses, as recommended by your eye care practitioner.
Contraindications (Reasons Not To Use):
There are no known contraindications for use of renu Advanced Formula multi-purpose solution. However, if you are allergic to any ingredient in this product, do not use.
Warnings:
Problems with contact lenses and lens care products could result in corneal infection and/or ulcer and lead to loss of vision. It is essential that you follow your eye care practitioners directions and all labeling instructions for proper use of lenses and lens care products, including the lens case.
Ingredients
renu Advanced Formula multi-purpose solution is a sterile, isotonic solution that contains poloxamine, poloxamer 181, diglycine, sodium citrate, boric acid, sodium borate, edetate disodium and sodium chloride and preserved with a triple disinfectant system (polyaminopropyl biguanide 0.00005%, polyquaternium 0.00015% and alexidine 0.0002%).

Out of all contact solutions this has been by far my favorite. I’ve found it for a bit cheaper in store and that is why I reduced a star but aside from that I am very happy I was able to purchase is conveniently online.

I don't really travel, so, if I were to travel I definitely wouldn't bring this large sized container of saline. But for home use I find no fault with this and the price seems very reasonable.
