    Description

    Custom built Bench-Top Horizontally Convected Oven. Used for heat treating (Out-gassing) of parts and materials used in the manufacturing of sensitive electronic equipment. During the manufacturing process, of the ovens, the fiber glass insulation was replaced with High Temperature Kawool insulation and all the silicon based materials used were baked for at least 48 hrs. at 300 degrees C prior to assembly to insure they would not affect testing of parts. Other features include:
    Modified operating range of 110 – 175 C
    No RTV sealants or calks used
    Upgraded with a full PID Dual Display LED Digital Control System
    Separate Solid State High Limit Control added
    Audible and Visual Alarm upon overheating
    Intake and Exhaust vents replaced with modified positive sealed fixture
