This is NEW in an UN-OPENED package - a Homespun Traditions Doll Kit.  A Muslin body (3")  and Resin Arms (about 3" long) and legs (about 3-1/2" long. A painted face on a resin head (about 2") with beautiful blond curly hair. (Head and body together is 5-1/2" long x 2-1/4" wide.)  There are basic instructions on the back for assembly (hand-sew) with pattern template to create the bubble suit.
