As I slowly downsize my large antique collection, I will also be listing reference books.
This is a 1989 ed. of a great guide to collectors of Flow Blue china. There are some updated values inside but bear in mind this was printed in 1987! What's also fun: in the book was an Americana antiques auction catalog from 1994 featuring a lot of Flow blue, where the original owner of this book actually notated sell prices of all the pieces! That is a nice value guide as well. Of course today with a glut of antiques in general being put on ebay from estate inheritors, values change constantly. Book is hardcover with no issues--no tears, no rips, no bent pages etc. VERY NICE! Including the auction catalog from 1994 as well for buyer's enjoyment and potential reference.
There are wonderful color photos in this book and makers marks galore so if you are starting out or an avid collector, this book should be a boon to identifying your flow blue pieces. I inherited a few from a relative who emigrated from Scotland to NY, and I'm hanging onto those long as I can!
This is a book by that great publisher of antique refs, Schroeder Publishing. I have a lot of books by them, from wall pocket guides to Staffordshire. They are indispensable and affordable.
