Art Deco vintage celluloid plastic jewelry display box ship design Purple satin

Description

Sweet vintage or antique box with ship design on top.  There was a round price sticker that left residue but I think it would clean off.  I did not want to scrub it and risk scratching. The little clasp on the front needs a little pin for the hole so it will catch.  I think you could use an actual straight pin that has been cut down perfectly well.  It is lined with purple satin. It really is a beautiful box. Not sure what it was used for. Possibly cigarettes or more likely as a jewelry presentation box.  The plastic or whatever it is in
Good condition. It is a mahogany/cordovan color.  Came from estate of Hollywood actor Noel Madison.
